Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed on watcheslimited.com. By placing an order you agree to them. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. About us

Watches Limited is a trading name of Watchesinc Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 09260907), whose registered office is 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. We are an independent UK online retailer of designer watches and accessories, trading since 2014. You can reach us through the contact page.

2. Products

All watches we sell are brand new and supplied in their original packaging. Product images are for illustration; minor variations in colour or dial detail can occur between production batches. Where a recommended retail price (RRP) is shown, it is the brand's current UK RRP at the time of listing and is provided for comparison only.

3. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send your dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example if an item is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or we are unable to verify payment; in that case we will refund any money paid in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and major debit and credit cards. Payment is taken when you place your order.

5. Delivery

Delivery options, timescales and charges are set out in our shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns and faulty goods

Our returns process, including your 30-day change-of-mind return and what to do if an item is faulty, is set out in our refund policy.

7. Warranty

Where a brand supplies a manufacturer's warranty card it is included with the watch. All watches are also covered by your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Warranties do not cover batteries, straps, bracelets, glass, water damage, or damage caused by wear, accident or unauthorised repair.

8. Your account and information

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for the accuracy of the delivery address you provide. We handle your personal data as described in our privacy policy.

9. Intellectual property

All brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. Watches Limited is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with the brands we sell. The content of this website belongs to Watchesinc Ltd and may not be copied without permission.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our liability to you in connection with an order is limited to the price you paid for it.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of your local law.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
