All orders are dispatched from the UK. Every order is sent tracked, and you will receive a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves us.
United Kingdom
- Standard delivery: free on every order, no minimum spend.
- Orders are dispatched within 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) and typically arrive 1 to 3 working days after dispatch.
- A signature may be required on delivery.
European Union
- Standard international delivery: £12.99, typically 5 to 10 working days after dispatch.
United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and other international destinations
- Standard international delivery: £18.99, typically 7 to 14 working days after dispatch.
- We currently ship to the UK, EU, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia and Singapore.
Customs, duties and taxes
Prices on our website do not include import duties or local taxes for deliveries outside the UK. These are charged by the destination country and are payable by the recipient before delivery. We cannot estimate or refund these charges.
Missing or delayed parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 5 working days (UK) or 15 working days (international), please contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where the parcel is confirmed lost.
